Dalco Athletic Lettering is pleased to announce the availability of the newest upgrade to our StockStitch™ program - version 6.0. We've included increased number and letter sizes plus Bean Block font to use with the Bean stitch, Cal Shadow 3 color numbers with drop shadow background, Team Shadow 2 color numbers with drop shadow background, and Kiss-Cut option; this feature allows you to order Kiss-Cut parts and has "auto editing" of placement stitches on top layers and zig zag stitches where common layers intersect.. Dalco StockStitch™ users, who use the Greek alphabet, can now use our easy conversion chart. The chart is located under the "Education/How To" section of the Dalco website. Please click here to access the chart.

Attention Adobe Illustrator users! The Dalco CSR's receive daily a number of customer designs in the Illustrator (.AI / .EPS) format. We have run into a few problems in conversions, fonts, etc. on some of the designs. Dalco needs you to follow these guidelines to allow faster processing of your orders: 1) We accept Illustrator formats from versions 6 - 12 only. 2) Use "Create Outlines" on all designs that include text. 3) We accept one design on 8½" x 11", 8½" x 14", and 11 x 17 paper sizes only. Do not send more than one design per paper size or you will incur artwork charges to separate your artwork. For example, if you have a design that requires a foreground and a background, Dalco considers that two separate design files as we have to process and cut each design separately. This is especially important when using "strokes" on your design. 4) Make sure you separate your colors using Illustrator's "Layers".

Attention CorelDraw users! The Dalco CSR's receive daily a number of customer designs in the CorelDraw (.CDR) format. We have run into a few problems in conversions, fonts, etc. on some of the designs. Dalco needs you to follow these guidelines to allow faster processing of your orders: 1) We accept CorelDraw formats from versions 6 - 12 only. 2) Use "Convert to Curves" on all designs that include text. 3) We accept one design on 8½" x 11", 8½" x 14", and 11 x 17 paper sizes only. Do not send more than one design per paper size or you will incur artwork charges to separate your artwork. For example, if you have a design that requires a foreground and a background, Dalco considers that two separate design files as we have to process and cut each design separately. This is especially important when using "Contour" on your design.

Effective immediately, there will be a $ 10.00 fee for any change or cancellation of any purchase order after an order has been released. Please contact your CSR for more details.

You may now download Dalco Order Forms to fax in your orders. Just click on "Order Forms" in the menu bar or the link in this message and it will take you to the forms section. The order forms are setup in Adobe Acrobat .PDF format and can be printed out on your printer.

Dalco will no longer accept returned packages that do not have the Dalco RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Due to security and unidentified packages, any package received without a Dalco RA number will be refused and sent back to the customer at their expense. Please be sure to indicate if your package is for a new order or returned for replacement or credit. Contact your CSR for more information.

Dalco Athletic Lettering has placed "Customer Order Tracking" at your finger tips. You may now track your Dalco order, after it has been shipped, via the Internet. Just "click" on the "Tracking" heading on our website and select the shipper that you specified in your order. This will take you to the shipper's website where you can track your shipped order status.

Dalco Athletic Lettering has placed their "Credit Applications" on-line. You may now apply for credit with Dalco via our website. Using the Adobe Acrobat .PDF format, you can download and print the Credit Application and fax it to Kathy Stanley, Credit Manager, for approval.
