EasyStitch™ - Design Disks

To Make Sewing On Custom Appliqués Easier Than Ever, Get With The Program.

Dalco's EasyStitch™ Program allows you to automatically zig-zag or satin stitch custom-cut appliqués using automated embroidery equipment! We can work from your artwork or you can use one of our many standard styles to create a custom design. Choose one of our 70 plus stock fabrics or send us your own fabric* and we will precision-cut your design using our state-of-the-art water-jet cutters and send you an ESP disk to precisely fit the design.

Using the ESP design disk is simple and your embroidery machine will come to life sewing on today's hottest designs! The program first sews an outline of the appliqué for placement. Position the material on the outline and the program sews down the appliqué automatically. For multiple layers or colors, the program will repeat the process.

There is only a ten piece minimum for a custom order. Appliqué pricing is based on the size of the piece and the ESP disk is only $ per design. Melco DOS, Melco Normal, Tajima, Barudan FDR3, Barudan FMC and ZSK formats are available.
