1. Follow steps 1-12 for Layouts B & C.

2. Using the Selection Tool , select the banner by clicking on it. To rotate the banner, click in the box a second time and a curved double arrow appears at the upper right corner of the box.

3. Position the point of the cursor between the two arrowheads, click and rotate the banner to an angle somewhere between 25 and 35 degrees (displayed in the lower left corner). Release the mouse button.

4. To duplicate the banner, right-click inside the banner and copy and paste to the left. Duplicate the banner one more time and position it on the right. You should now have three banners, similar to the sample.

5. Center the design by selecting the Green button .

6. Proceed to Select a stitch and Create a disk in this tutorial.

NOTE: When sewing overlapping pieces of appliqué, refer to Layers guidelines.
