Valid Customer I.D.
A valid customer I.D. number is the account number of a current, active Dalco customer.  If you do not have an open, current and in good standing account with Dalco Athletic Lettering, you do not have a valid customer I.D. number.  You may obtain a valid customer I.D. number by contacting our Customer Service Department and opening an account at which time you may also register your password.

Multiple Orders
To make a multiple order, fill out and send the order form for each style, size and color, or item, one at a time.  Use the Browser's BACK button to return to the order form after sending.  Use the RESET button to the right of the SEND button to clear prior order information.  Be sure to use the same purchase order number in order that we can keep the orders together.  Your customer information will remain intact.  Be sure to Reset the form (Reset button) before starting a new item.

NOTE: Orders must meet required dollar value minimums already established by Dalco Athletic Lettering.
